1.    Eligibility

  • This promotion is valid only for new bookings made through Collabil by 31 December 2026.
  • All initial move-in costs (Deposit + 1st Month Rent) must be paid in full and one month’s stay must be completed.
  • The promotion is applicable only to individual bookings with a minimum continuous stay period of six (6) months.


 

 

2.    Disbursement Protocol

  • The S$200 cashback (or its equivalent in the local currency of the country of accommodation) will be processed and transferred to the student/agent’s bank account (within the country of accommodation) only after the successful completion of the first full month of the tenancy and upon receipt of a formal cashback withdrawal request.
  • Students/agents must provide valid local bank details to Collabil to facilitate the transfer.For non-SGD disbursements, the exchange rate will be determined by Collabil’s bank or payment processor at the time of transfer. Collabil is not responsible for any bank fees or fluctuations in exchange rates.
  • All transaction fees, intermediary bank charges, or currency conversion costs imposed by the receiving or intermediary banks shall be borne by the recipient.

 

3.    The 6-Month Commitment (Clawback Clause)

  • This promotion is strictly contingent upon the fulfilment of a minimum six (6) month continuous stay.
  • Clawback Policy: Should the student terminate the lease or move out before the 6-month period is completed, the student is liable to repay the S$200 (or its equivalent in the local currency of the country of accommodation) to Collabil.

 

4.    General

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts or corporate rates.
  • Collabil reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
