Co-Living for Students (with in-house Staying Warden)

To meet the needs of international students in Singapore, we provide a diverse, comprehensive concierge-style accommodation service for students across different age groups. Our exclusive residences are housed within Singapore’s iconic Black-and-White houses — unique heritage properties that blend colonial charm with modern comforts. Conveniently located just a stone’s throw from Woodleigh MRT and nearby shopping malls, our accommodations offer not only a comfortable and safe living environment but also a distinctive cultural experience. Our goal is to create a home where students can achieve academic success while enjoying a fulfilling and enriching life abroad.

Terms and Conditions

• Applicable one time admin fee = S$223.45 (after tax)
• Room and Bed, subject to availability
• If cancelled, all paid fees are non-refundable
• Minimum stay: 3 months
• Minimum payment: 1st month rental + admin fee + deposit (one month rental)

Optional

• Guardianship: S$300 / Month or S$3000 / Year
• Additional homestay services*: S$1500 - 2800 / month

*such as (not limited to): Homework supervision and revision, Detail reporting to parents, detailed daily plan, meals, transportation (to-fro) from school, etc
