   Washing with detergent included - S$4 per load, Drying -S$4 per 50 mins, additional S$1 per 10 mins
4. Basic Kitchenware Set: Cooking Pot/Pan, Plate, Bowl, Cutlery Set will be available at S$89 (subjected to prevailing GST)
5. Attached bathroom for 2 & 3 Bedder, Type A or B, additional S$200 (subjected to prevailing GST)
6. Peak period surcharges 5% are applicable for check-ins in the months of July to October and January to April throughout the contract period.
7. Selection of preferred bed is available at an additional charge of S$85 (subjected to availability and prevailing GST)
